CBRE is looking for a business/data analyst to provide insight and reporting on a suite of applications supporting a global line of business. This individual will have to evaluate and understand the data underlying the existing systems, it's movement and how it is reported on. They will assist in data rationalization and construction of a data warehouse. This individual will be responsible for developing analytics and reports utilizing a variety of tools.
Evaluate and categorize data in existing systems.
Perform Data Entry of assets and keep CMMS updated at all times.
Create Preventative Maintenance schedule and ensure all PM's are completed timely by following up with specific managers.
Track and input Project labor via the CMMS system.
Evaluate logical content of existing reporting and propose solutions or modifications for rationalization of data across application suite.
Function as product business analyst for existing BI tool, providing. evaluation, analysis and becoming point of contact expert for the product.
Develop ad hoc analytics and reporting based on analysis of existing data sources utilizing a variety of tools (i.e. SSRS, Tableau).
Coordinate asset collection and tagging with vendors.
Map out movement of data between systems.
Work without explicit requirements - ability to explore and dig into data to discover connections and trends.
· Experience working with multiple analytic or reporting tools
