In this role, you will be responsible for business build-up of materials and services for Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) in NA through a combination of Sales, Marketing, and Project Management activities. Your focus markets will be Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial . This role will allow you to showcase any experience you may have in 3D Printing, Engineering Plastics, Photopolymers, or Tooling.
This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your ability to lead and influence customer relationships by taking risks, driving change, & building trust. Additionally, you will bring superior communication skills, a sales background or fundamental understanding of sales, and the ability to adapt and manage conflict to achieve success in the role.
Formula for Success
Leveraging your education in Engineering, Chemistry, Business or Marketing combined with your sales and/or marketing experience and demonstrated ability to lead and influence customer relationships you will develop sales for BASF's Additive Manufacturing materials and services with end users.
Your strong organizational and collaboration skills within region and global teams, disciplined way of working and any experience you may have in the Automotive, Aerospace, E&E, or General Industrial markets will serve you well as you manage strategy, market assessments, marketing and promotional activities specific to Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial 3DP.
Successfully engaging across the organization, you will collaborate with BASF stakeholder divisions. You will use your strategic business sense and interpretation of data/ analytical skills to validate perceived value to customer and develop value propositions and business cases and project manage strategic programs.
Your entrepreneurial spirit for emerging markets and openness for creativity and innovation will be essential as you manage opportunity development and sales tracking.
Your comfort level in a fast paced, complex and rapidly changing & advancing market segment will enable you to thrive and will be vital as you manage NDAs, JDAs and other legal contracts.
