The Performance Stagehand Flex position is a part time, as needed position. The successful candidate fills in when full time staff takes time off and covers shifts when additional crew is needed.
Qualified candidates will serve in the position that suits their training: audio, lighting, video, theatrical rigging, stage management, and/or event department head for internal and rental events. Candidates will also assist in maintenance of audio, lighting, video, theatrical rigging systems, and construction of scenery.

Profile of an Ideal Candidate
Applicants should have a bachelors degree in related field or 3 years experience in theater or music production.
Must have experience inone or more of the following areas:
· Macor Windows operating systems and software
· AudioRecording
· TheatricalLighting
· Videocameras, projectors, and editing
· Theatricalrigging systems
· Setconstruction techniques
· Performancevenue operations
· Environmental,work, and public safety standards
Must be able to perform the following duties:
- Must be able to climbladders.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. overhead.
- Must not be afraid of heights.
