Responsible for wide range of Engineering Services and possibly other Rockwell Automation program/project activities, including initiating, documenting, tracking and managing projects with medium to high complexity and scope.
Key contributor to the Engineering Services Program Management Office through project management, applying Lean principles, analyzing and resolving problems, managing data collection, performing data analysis and suggesting appropriate methods for displaying and reporting the data to show the message the data represents. The position requires the ability to prioritize, manage multiple priorities, provide deliverables, and manage projects to resolution within schedule. This person must be able to work independently as an individual contributor, put structure around vague concepts, and must be able to team well other Operations and Engineering Services functions and Product Business Units. Must be creative, attentive to detail, results-oriented, and have strong decision making and communication skills.
Skills/Knowledge, Experience and Education:
Knowledgeable in project management and Lean tools and techniques and applies as appropriate. Demonstrates the ability to successfully lead the implementation of multiple large scale projects & interface effectively to stakeholders.
Adapts to and influences change, has the ability to identify actions needed, creates plans and acts upon them. Embraces change; anticipates and/or responds quickly and constructively to changing market conditions, requirements and priorities; helps others do same.
