Columbia University is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Planning & Capital Project Management team. Responsibilities include coordinating with all internal project stakeholders as well as external project participants, including design consultants, contractors, and other required vendors to support the goals of the project. He/she will manage multiple design and construction projects, from programming and design through construction and closeout. Projects vary in program type, complexity, and size and include interior renovations, exterior building restorations, and state-of-good-repair infrastructure and building envelope projects.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. Advanced degree desirable. Minimum of five (5) years of related project management experience required. Must have multiple years managing high-quality residential renovation projects in New York City (vacant and occupied) buildings.
