Facilities Management-RC - United States-Pennsylvania - (19001786)
The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified Project Scheduler. They will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Construction and will be responsible for the oversight and management of scheduling information relating to all projects managed by Facilities Management.
This person will be interfacing with the project team which includes those both internally to Facilities Management and those professionals hired by the university. In addition, this person will be collecting, analyzing, and inputting data from consultants and contractors. All of this information is inputted into a project management software called VPO based on Sharepoint and utilizing Microsoft Project.
From this software, reports are generated to inform all team members and senior management the status of a project. This is a project based role and the length of your assignment is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to project workload.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ten plus years of experience in the engineering or construction industry is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office and Office 365, Sharepoint, Primavera P6 or other scheduling software particularly Microsoft Project, and related programs is required. Experience with CPM scheduling.
