Bill Moore & Associates Graphics, Inc. (BMA) is a licensed sign contractor located in Albany, CA. We are hiring to fill a vacant Installation Coordinator position. Responsibilities include tracking the construction progress of ±30 new retail projects located all over the country, securing the property owner’s approval of proposed signage and city sign permits, confirming the sign requirements with the General Contractor, establishing quotes and contracts with local vendors, writing purchase orders for the manufacture and installation of the signs, managing the established sign cost budget, tracking shipments, scheduling the installation, and confirming completion and inspection, including the furnishing of final photographs by the vendor.
Completion of High School or equivalent. No advanced education is required.
Experience is what matters to us. We would prefer candidates that have at least 5 years of experience in the sign industry, but not necessarily a requirement. Having field experience would be a big plus.
Must be a good communicator, both on the phone and by email.
