The primary responsibility of this position is to be the key contact representing Unified Communications team for Facilities Design and Construction (FD&C) projects. The IT Unified Communications Project Manager will utilize the technical staff to ensure that Unified Communications team completes FD&C projects within project timelines.REQUIRED-Knowledge of project management principles, theories and concepts-Experience developing and maintaining operating and project budgets..-Business analysis and analytical experience in an Information Technology environment.-Experience developing and implementing processes, structures, or other methods to achieve organizational efficiencies of work managed.-Experience planning, prioritizing and managing workload to enable timely completion of tasks. -Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio products.-Experience with technologies such as Networking, Wireless, Cellular, Video, VoIP and PBX.-Experience with Cabling (Copper and Fiber).-Knowledge of the institutional standards for network and voice hardware and software.PREFERRED-Experience maintaining and reporting voice and data equipment inventory. -Experience with supporting technology in a Healthcare environment. -Experience with Construction projects which require technology.-Working knowledge of Cisco technologies such as routers, switches, access points, video, collaboration, VoIP, voicemail system, and contact center.SPECIAL REQUIREMENT - THIS POSITION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION, DRUG SCREEN, LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING, MEDICAL EVALUATION CLEARANCE, AND FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT
