Candidate will perform the following job functions under the directive of the Manager Environmental Services which include, but are not limited to: preparing routine reports for submittal to regulatory agencies; develop, conduct or evaluate studies to assess the impact of operating and construction activities on the environment; collect environmental data as needed; review environmental reports and forwards them to the appropriate agencies; review testing and analytical procedures for assessing the environmental impact to our facilities; and assist with complex projects as needed.
Technical degree required in such disciplines as Biology, Engineering, Chemistry, etc., plus 3 years related experience and/or training, and 12 to 18 months related environmental experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical writing skills, demonstration of problem solving aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to focus on regulatory detail is a must.
