Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Electrical Designer.
10+ years of experience with Instrumentation/Electrical Design
Conduit, cable scheduling, and conduit routing experience
Cable tray layout, hazardous area layout, and panel layouts experience
Experience with single line wiring diagrams
Capable of preparing multiple view drawing and details
Cathodic protection experience
Oil and Gas Experience a Plus
Works under the direction of design engineers to develop project design drawing requirements, to assure the completion of design packages necessary for the construction of pipeline, compressor and measurement/regulator facilities
Responsible for the drafting and design of electrical/instrumentation drawings (Schematics, Equipment layout, Panel layout, Cable & Conduit design/schedules)
Provide design engineering personnel with drawings and supporting records for the evaluation of the project design, relative to feasibility and effectiveness of the facility layout
Insure proper dimensioning, completeness of material quantities and specifications, and design needs relative to regulatory and industry codes
