Manage the project from the date project is awarded, all the way to the completion.
Review the estimate and other documents for scope and accuracy, then set up the job in our network
Prepare the submittal including shop drawings, product data, schedules, etc
Order the materials from various manufacturers
Coordinate the deliveries with jobsite
Prepare change proposals as needed
Solve problems or issues related to products or installation
Go to jobsite meeting including key meeting and prepare key schedule
Field measure doors or frames as needed

Construction Management degree or minimum 3 years of estimating or project management experience
Ability to read and interpret blue prints and specifications
Familiar with life safety codes, fire codes, ADA and other building codes
Minimum set of computer typing skills
Basic experience with Microsoft Words and Excel
Avaware software experience preferred, not required
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Excellent oral or written communication skills
Be a team player and get along with teammates
Ability to multi-task and in the mean time pay attention to details
Adapt to fast pace working environment and meet the deadlines
Be ambitious and self-driving
