We are searching for a Client Project Manager to lead all the phases of a project from conceptualization through completion and oversee cross functional project teams. This role will be the primary contact for guiding our clients through the design and selection process of their new dwelling. The work will include interaction with our clients on initial design concepts, design development, value engineering, client change orders, construction documentation, millwork design, interior selections, and collaboration with our interior design team on finishes and coordination with our construction managers to complete projects on time and within budget. Leading our clients though their experience with designing and building their new home is the primary job function. A substantial degree of creativity, problem solving, and diplomacy is required. Essential Job Functions
All phases of client relationships and direct client interaction
All phases of design and selections for urban luxury projects
Project decision making scheduling and construction scheduling
Quality control and ensuring successful project completions
Supervision of cross functional teams consisting of architects, interior designers, construction managers, and purchasing managers.
All phases of construction administration
Production and design office administration
Some degree of interest in interior design and furnishings
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to thrive and lead in a fast paced environment
4+ years of luxury design and construction experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture preferred, but not required.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Design and construction experience from very traditional to ultra-contemporary
Proficient in Microsoft Office software – primarily Word, Excel, Outlook and AutoCad/Revit
