Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of MSP Operations/Facilities, this position will be responsible for being the onsite Facilities representative at Terminal 1 and will manage, direct and coordinate facility responses, maintenance needs and stakeholder requests and will serve as the main point of contact for incoming facilities maintenance and service calls. Will be responsible for coordinating and working with various tenants, stakeholders, contractors and vendors during the overnight hours. Will also oversee the safe, continuous, environmentally sound and efficient operation of airport facilities within all applicable regulations, codes and permits. Perform other duties as assigned.
*This position will work 3rd shift, Sunday thru Thursday, 10:00 pm - 6:30 am.

Two-year Degree in Aviation, Airport Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Architecture and/or Engineering or equivalent. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five years of facilities/contract coordination experience is required
Experience coordinating construction and facilities projects
Experience involving the management and coordination of building and facility maintenance
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain solid relationships with the public and customers
Supervisory work experience
Excellent written skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Ability to work independently with limited supervisory oversight
