Perform various clerical duties and administrative duties, including but not limited to calendar management, organizing travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, processing reimbursements, meeting minutes to contribute to the smooth operations of the department.
Answer/triage phone calls
Provide coverage for other Office Admin Assistants within Facilities Management
Prepare/produce/proofread documents including memos, correspondence, reports, presentations, and manuals as required.
Complete required paperwork/communication tools for department.
Answer assigned phone lines and direct calls; use correct telephone techniques and procedures when receiving and making calls
Assist and participates in service projects.
Use your strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities to support a practice by providing administrative support to the Design & Construction Department Team
Bachelors degree preferred plus one year of experience
Experience with Facility Design & Construction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Advanced experience with Excel Software
Knowledge of healthcare design & construction terminology
Strong prioritization, attention to detail and organizational skills
Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
