Employees in this class are under general supervision. Essential functions: Delivers furniture and equipment; Relocates offices on and off campus; Delivers building materials and supplies; Delivers and sets-up equipment for special events; Transports furniture and equipment to and from various shops; Performs other related duties as assigned. Job may require weekend and night work.
Facilities employees may be required to report at their regularly scheduled times during emergency closures or during inclement weather to perform essential functions including snow removal duties.

Experience in general maintenance or construction work.
Possession of a valid Tennessee operator license as issued by the Tennessee Department of Safety and held during incumbency.
Ability to drive trucks less than 26,000 lb. capacity
