Performs planning or managerial duties and supervises skilled Trades workers performing repairs, maintenance or construction. Assists department director with scheduling and managing the largest repair maintenance or construction activities. Compiles data, prepares correspondence, reports, summaries and budgets to meet departmental goals. Acts as Assistant Director of Facilities Management & Support Services at USC School of Medicine. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma and 10 years' experience in specialized trades area; or in a diversified building or vehicle maintenance, or construction activity. Supervisory experience.
