We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Content Specialist to work at our Corporate office in Brentwood, TN ! If you possess a “whatever it takes attitude” keep reading. It’s hard to pinpoint a “typical” day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but the Content Specialist is part of the Member Engagement department and uses a variety of tools and mediums (e.g. direct mail, emails, print collateral, and CTAs) to develop messages that drive member utilization of Premise Health services. What You’ll Do for Us: Content strategy Builds strategic content calendars that support a consistent quality presence for clients across their active content communication channels Analyzes insights from executed campaigns to determine content success for continuous improvement Brainstorms and conceptualizes new communication campaigns to drive utilization of services Reviews member facing materials developed by key business groups and ensures content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice Content development Writes creative copy in an engaging and active tone for a variety of channels including e-mail, direct mail, print collateral, web content, webinars, playbooks, video scripts, and case studies Recommends and develops visuals and graphics that augment messages May require other duties as assigned Education: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, visuals arts, marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience Experience: 2+ years of experience in content development, preferably copywriting and formatting content for B-B-C communications Experience with marketing automation software is a plus Video and photo production and editing is a plus Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of print production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress or similar Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar Self-starter, detail-orientated, and organized; demonstrates initiative and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative work environment. Offering thought leadership and perspective; helping team members match the most appropriate content strategies to strategic objectives. Possess excellent critical thinking and project management skills. Proficient in MS Office suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or video and photo production and editing helpful. Ability to communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing so others will understand; includes visual media Ability to write content personalized for specific audiences or channels Ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time What We’ll Do for You: At Premise Health, you’re not an employee – you’re a team member.
