Griffin Electric, Inc., is a leading electrical contractor headquartered in Holliston, MA We are searching for a proactive, detail oriented and organized individual to support our Telecom Project Managers with the start-up, maintenance and close out activities of telecommunication construction projects. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on a variety of projects concurrently.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting to gather, prepare, review and process various project documents - permits, submittals, contracts, budget information, purchase orders, buy-outs, schedules
Processing change proposal takeoff and entry, including time and material changes
Preparing Operations & Maintenance manuals for clients at closeout
Tracking all project documents, materials and processing the data entry of information for the projects assigned
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, an advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel and an understanding of construction project cycles. Associates/Bachelor's degree or related construction/telecom field experience and CAD knowledge is a plus.
