Our Team Leader, Advice Services - is a real people leader role. Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of financial advice services in a telephone-based capacity, ensuring a high-quality member experience is maintained. The role requires specialist knowledge, holding regard for the highest standards of professional conduct and compliance with the Cbus advice model and associated regulatory obligations. This role is vital in driving a culture of service excellence that focuses on the Cbus member experience. Our Advice Services team is made available to our Members from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. It's a requirement of this role to work on a rotational roster between these hours.
In addition to your formal tertiary qualification in a financial planning related discipline (including RG146), you'll have significant experience as a people leader. What will set you apart is your ability to create a productive work environment which promotes teamwork and a high-performance culture. This means you'll have the experience and 'know how' to mentor, motivate and support your team members with the skills, knowledge and resources necessary to be successful in their roles. You're a conscientious individual - and like to keep up with financial planning issues, Fund products and services, superannuation subject matters and emerging trends to improve the member experience.
