Interact with internal Inova departments including, but not limited to: department admins, program directors, department chairpersons, Marketing, IT, Accounts Payable and other stakeholders across the Inova system. Maintains expert knowledge of regulatory and ACCME (Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education) coordination and documentation. Maintain excellent records and scheduling of all Regularly Scheduled Series activities. Manages all RSS classes within the ICMES (Inova Continuing Medical Education System). Serve as educational liaison and accreditation expert for the compliance and implementation of multiple continuing medical education RSS activities. Ensures RSS evaluation feedback is given to each department. Manages the ICMES database. Constructs and deploys an annual survey of the medical staff for future program/RSS development. Supports OCME staff with pre-event and day-of event tasks, as needed.
