Implement the yearly schedule of faculty personnel actions to meet all Academic Affairs deadlines, including promotion, reappointment and conferral of tenure, annual evaluations and progress toward tenure letters; oversee the preparation and review of EHRA/SHRA hiring packets, contract letters and EPAFs, checking for accuracy and completeness and tracking the hiring process; responsible for initiating and completing all personnel actions for the dean’s office which includes hiring new department chairs, associate dean appointments and all personnel within the office of the dean; assist departments with all part-time fixed-term appointments; assist with any international hires to include visa applications. This position will identify, recognize and resolve problems related to all types of EHRA/SHRA personnel actions.
