The Account Manager will be responsible for helping agency customers understand their risks, identify coverage needs and securing the best possible solutions. You will be responsible for:
A book of business and all associated policies, renewals, endorsements and referrals
Identifying customer exposures using agency tools such as exposure checklists and coverage questionnaires
Securing coverage and value from carriers available to the customer through our agency partners
Review of all policies and documents pertaining to customer coverage and service of same to ensure accuracy
Communicating in a timely and efficient manner with all parties regarding customer transactions
Thorough documentation of all activities performed on behalf of the customer; adhere to all agency operating procedures but recommend opportunities for improvements when necessary.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE - 2+ years of insurance account management and experience with Construction Accounts; requires understanding of account exposures, insurance coverage and quoting process. Life and Health experience a plus.
