Position Overview: The Southern California Logistics Airport Authority is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Airport Operations and Facilities Manager, who, under limited supervision, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all airport operational functions including serving as primary liaison to the FAA for the purpose of ensuring FAR Part 139 compliance and managing construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities: •Customer service oriented •Ability to display a high degree of diplomacy and fairness •Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage projects effectively •Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to delegate effectively •Demonstrates strong, dynamic, and effective leadership

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Training and Experience Guidelines: Bachelor’s degree in Airport Management or Business Administration or a closely-related field AND five years professional airport operations experience, INCLUDING three years of supervisory or management experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
