Job DescriptionThe Development Coordinator provides strategic and tactical support to the Executive Director and/or other senior managers in the division, department, and/or city office. They also support development operations nationally through the coordination and execution of various processes and tasks that foster improved operations. EducationCollege Degree is required with relevant experience highly preferred. Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.
Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management (Yardi or One Site), and database management programs in order to complete required reports.
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and working with minimal direction or supervision.
Ability to multi-task, make quick and effective decisions, set and meet goals and consistently meet deadlines. Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
