Rayhaven Group is seeking multiple full-time professionals willing to contribute to our exciting atmosphere at our Orlando office. Overall, this position will be responsible for sales, estimating, and project managing for Division 8 products such as architectural hardware, hollow metal openings, wood doors, and interior aluminum openings to contractors on commercial projects. This position will be required to sell business-to-business (B2B) and/or direct to end-user accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Included, but not limited to the following:
Learn and become an expert in the technical details of our products
Work in conjunction with our General Manager to seek out sales prospects and jointly develop a sales plan
Analyze blueprints and specifications in detail while looking for discrepancies and determining the best way to resolve
Process and organize Bid Documents, Quotes, Contracts, Change Orders, RFI’s, RFP’s, Submittals, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Sales Orders, Shop Orders, etc.
Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines on a daily basis
Accurately quote projects and diligently follow up with customers
Develop loyal relationships with customers and maintain positive rapport throughout the duration of each project
Confidently sell and negotiate in pressure situations by phone or face-to-face
Contact vendors for quotations, lead-times, product issues, logistics, etc.
Coordinate with Detailing Department to provide custom submittals and shop drawings
Engineer the cohesion of various products and create complex solutions
Provide exceptional customer service with ability to troubleshoot quickly
Attend project meetings as needed
Coordinate project phasing and product shipments
Maintain knowledge of production and delivery schedules
Report directly to the Orlando General Manager, Vice President and President
To successfully perform this job an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above and below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Associates or Bachelor's degree from a college or university preferred, but not required; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A mechanical competency is preferred.
Not required, but preferred to be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Must be willing to learn additional internal software programs.
Ability to understand construction documents and general conditions. Must be proficient in communicating technical information both verbally and in writing.
Ability to soundly perform all basic mathematical functions and measurements including fractions, decimals, ratios and percentages.
Normal physical functions within an office environment are expected. The employee must occasionally lift or move items up to 50 pounds.

Additional Salary Information: TBD based on experience. We pay fairly at/above the industry average.
