Contribute to the development of M&E's Monitoring Strategy and operational plans with the M&E Executive Director.
Ensure the effective delivery of the RA's monitoring strategy, in accordance with yearly operational plans.
Ensure the continuous effectiveness and quality of M&E's engagement, selection and monitoring of firms.
Conduct independent risk-based profiling of non-financial institutions to direct supervision activities.
Undertake supervisory activities, including outreach, education, reviews and assessments, across the commercial legislation and AML in respect of DNFBPs, under delegation from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).
Maintain the effectiveness of the Monitoring Framework, including areas of delegated monitoring.
Ensure the Monitoring Function operates smoothly and that monitoring documentation and registers are maintained.
Provide ADGM licensed persons, their advisors, potential applicants and ADGM stakeholders an understanding of how the RA operates in relation to carrying out its monitoring activities
Build and maintain effective supervisory stakeholder relationships within ADGM and locally.
Identify and recommend legislative enhancements to the RA's rules, where appropriate, including revised forms, guidance notes, and system specifications and testing.
Ensure timely, accurate, open and constructive communication with monitored firms and stakeholders.
Work closely with the M&E Enforcement Section, other RA Divisions and FSRA (such as on matters involving financial firms and DNFBPs).
Raise awareness of ADGM requirements and obligations, through engagement education and outreach programs and events
Deliver additional tasks that may be delegated or assigned from the Executive Director, Monitoring & Enforcement.

A Bachelor degree in a legal, financial or business discipline.
Minimum 10-12 years' post graduate experience with a financial or corporate regulatory body or law firm.
Understanding of the public interest role of regulatory bodies.
Knowledge of regulatory / supervisory policies and frameworks.
Knowledge in firm risk assessment and identifying required action.
Analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
