Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. is seeking applicants for Resident Project Representatives to perform construction observation services for projects with various geographic locations. This is a seasonal position with full-time status anticipated when actively assigned to projects. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior airport or highway construction experience, with oversight experience preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work with various parties including owners and contractors as well as internal staff and consultants.
Successful candidates must be able to travel on short notice for extended periods and able to navigate construction sites with varying terrain and weather conditions. Work schedule is dependent on contractor and may include extended hours, weekends, night and shift work.
Valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle for use on active project sites is required. Must be able to pass background check and driver training on airfield.
