This position is responsible for development and administration of all HR initiatives and the administration of the human resources department including the functions of recruitment, compensation, labor relations, employee relations, and benefits. Provide HR support to all departments, interpret policy and constructively interact with union representation and employees regarding employee and labor relations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Industrial Relations, Business Management or related field highly preferred. A combination of education and Human Resources experience will be considered.
Three to five years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
Minimum three years managerial and labor relations experience. SPHR or CHHR certification, preferred.
