New to the School of Social Ecology, in conjunction with the Social Ecology Wellness Director, incumbent will work in support to manage the Wellness Initiative in Social Ecology. The incumbent will also provide administrative analyst level support to the Post-Baccalaureate Program, and Masters in Legal and Forensic Psychology both within the Department of Psychological Science. Other duties will include analyst level duties in support of the Department of Psych Sci.
BA/BS with 3-5 years of experience or equivalent experience.
Detailed knowledge of UCI policies and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals including students, faculty, administrators, and the general public. Must be able to communicate and interact with others positively and constructively at work. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and discretion in completing all responsibilities and duties associated with the position, while demonstrating flexibility and patience.
Awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences. Demonstrated work experience and knowledge of particular needs and concerns of the School s multi-ethnic graduate student population.
Demonstrated analytical skills to identify problems, collect and analyze data, define objectives, and propose or implement recommend solutions.
Skill in organizing work, defining tasks, prioritizing assignments, and following through on all projects independently.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent English writing and communication skills and proven ability to compose professional reports, correspondence, policies and practices, and training materials.
Working knowledge and experience with KFS (Kuali Financial System) for purchasing and reimbursements.
