Trades Specialist V, Salary $33,494 to $44,000/year depending on qualifications, UofSC Aiken Facilities Administration
Requires a high school diploma and 4 years professional experience in a specialized trades area; or in diversified building or vehicle maintenance, or construction activity. Preferred qualifications include: HVAC related training and/or certifications, and/or Facility manager certifications. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical & HVAC equipment for USC Aiken. Performs maintenance as required to include, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance. Hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Requires heavy lifting and possible overtime.
