As the Construction Project Manager you need to know how to:
Oversee all contractors and provide coordination with city, county and local fire jurisdiction.
Review all AIA contracts.
Review and implement Life Safety egress evaluations.
Coordinate scheduling and evaluate services, tasks and activities of projects.
Has an advanced knowledge of general construction, plumbing, electrical, millwork, finishing and HVAC/R.
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, manufacturers' specifications
Coordinates and monitors quality of SCL Health construction and outside contractors.
Assist in the obtaining, evaluating and awarding of bids from outside contractors.
Demonstrate fiscal management of individual, service and project budgets.
Maintain a working knowledge of Google Sheets, Project Management, Gmail, and computer aided Facilities Management software.
Develop and monitor Quality Assurance projects within assigned area.
Participate in the development of strategies, projects and plans to support the mission and vision of the Facilities Management Department.
Ensure all documentation is completed properly.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory guidelines, requirements, standards and codes required of healthcare facilities.
Coordinate scheduling and evaluates services, tasks and activities of all assigned staff.

Two (2) years college in engineering-related field or equivalent experience, required.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in building trades, required.
Current valid Colorado driverâ™s license, required.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, preferred.
Experience working in a healthcare environment, highly preferred.
