Internal Job Number: P03767UF Description: The School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Oregon State University invites applications for one or more fixed-term, non-tenure track full/part-time Instructor positions to teach on a term by term basis for the 2020-2021 academic year. Reappointment is at the discretion of the School Head. Salary is competitive and will be negotiated with the School Head. The School of Civil and Construction Engineering offers B.S., M.S., M.Eng, and Ph.D. degrees has approximately 1,000 undergraduate majors and 151 graduate majors. The faculty includes 41 members, with areas of specialization that including architectural engineering, construction engineering management, educational engineering, geomatics engineering, geotechnical engineering, infrastructure materials engineering, ocean and coastal engineering, structural engineering, geomatics, transportation engineering, and water resources engineering. Minimum Qualifications (Staff) / Guidelines (Faculty): Typically requires Master’s degree in discipline appropriate to the field of teaching/instructional tasks. Requirements : Masters in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Experience in teaching and/or training in the subject/field of instruction.
