As part of our team, your day- to-day duties and responsibilities: As a team member, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of project management logistical and administrative support duties to ensure that the office and related work are being managed timely, efficiently and effectively. As you progress, you will directly oversee certain smaller renovation/TI projects as experience and skills meet and/or exceed our business standards. This includes travel to local sites as well as traveling in the U.S. You will serve as the go to person for any potential and ongoing project coordination, logistics and administrative needs to include: New and Current Construction and Renovation Projects

Experience: Two years working experience as project/construction manager or assistant in construction preferably as an owner/landlord/investor’s representative. Renovation or construction estimating experience preferred. Education: A bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture or building engineering, have related work experience, and preferably pursuing advanced training and certifications. Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) credentials desired; Technical Skills: Must be proficient at advanced levels of using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Project.
