Redstone Private Banking Search are currently working with a Zurich based Private Bank who are looking to add a German speaking experienced Business Analyst to their operations due to recent success throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
You support the area of PB process management in projects relating to our banking systems, optimize processes and improve quality
You will manage projects and cross-location plans from planning to implementation and bring them to a successful conclusion
You will analyze and specify business requirements in terms of data, processes as well Interfaces
You recognize the effects of change requests, work out proposed solutions and agree this with the client
You create and update project, test, system and training documentation
You maintain and edit our CRM and answer questions, especially customer advice, to CRM applications
You are jointly responsible for the preparation and follow-up support for CRM releases
Cooperation with IT as well as external service providers, coordinate and conduct technical tests, too
In connection with the connection of third-party systems and interfaces
You are the link between the operational departments and internal and external departments IT partners
You are committed to the further development of our organization, contribute your ideas and actively shape your work environment
Key Qualifications / Experience
Advanced training as a business analyst or many years of demonstrable experience as a project manager with proof of the corresponding
Experience in the financial industry is required
Interest in digital trends and technologies
Proven experience in leading digitization projects
Several years of experience as a business analyst or process manager would be an advantage
Flexible and resilient personality with a quick grasp and high level of commitment
Independent, self-reliant and structured way of working combined with a very high standard
Problem and conflict resolution skills
Distinct, constructive and target group-oriented communication
Agile thinking, high customer orientation and great enthusiasm for new challenges to tackle
Very good knowledge of MS Office (including Visio), programming and database knowledge is an advantage
