Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
Manage the monthly close process, including account reconciliations, journal entry review, budget variance analysis, and maintain integrity of accounting records
Preparation of Divisional and Consolidated Income Statements, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow
Manage independent annual audit
Manage AIA contract billings and lien waivers
Preparation and review of company’s policies and procedures
Develop and document departmental processes
Conduct operational and financial analysis, including sales, margin and other analytics
Participate in other ad hoc projects to support operational goals of management
Other duties as assigned by CFO/President
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Construction experience preferred
• CPA certification required
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience
• Experience with an ERP environment, Vista preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Exhibits strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant technology.
