The successful applicant must have working knowledge of Revit and 6 months to  1-year relevant working experience.

POSITION PURPOSE

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop schematic designs
• Full construction documentation and permit
• Assist with specification preparation and edits
• Assist the Project Manager with Client and contractor communications
• Maintain project schedules
• Perform construction administration activities including site visits to review compliance of construction with documents
• Assist the project manager with timely review of shop drawings and other submittals
