ZCA is a small, design-focused architectural firm specializing in new construction and renovation work in the Berkshires, Hudson Valley, and NW Connecticut. We are looking for a mid-level architect or designer who is interested in progressing their career through exposure to a variety of project scales and typologies.
3-5 years of experience working for a small or medium-sized firm with experience in design, project management, and construction.
Ability to produce construction documents and oversee construction administration with minimal supervision.
Ability to produce presentation level graphics and renderings.
Fluency in AutoCAD, preferably with experience in SketchUp, or comparable modeling program, and Adobe Creative Suite
Extensive understanding of materials, detailing, construction processes, systems, and methodologies
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to produce high-quality work.
Must have driver's license and ability to make weekly project meetings in Great Barrington, MA.
