The Business Analytics Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the BIS department with a wide variety of reports, support of systems, data entry and maintenance, along with the administration of data related to construction, interior renovations and operations. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Supports the needs of multiple departments on construction and interior renovation reporting, processes and systems.
Assist in BIS support, data structure, entry and management
Ensure data consistency and help monitor integrity of data.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor s Degree or comparable work history
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong analysis and reporting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
Work Schedule:8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.

This position requires close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
The ability and means to travel locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane may be required.
