JOB SUMMARY:
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting, hiring and managing temporary staff to provide the best quality temporary staffing services to department managers under occasional guidance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibilities of the temp worker will be to assist both of these departments with coordinating meetings/calendars, setting up zoom calls, providing back up for surgical scheduling, etc.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:
DOCUMENTATION (INTERMEDIATE): - Ensures that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.
RECRUITING NEEDS ASSESSMENT (INTERMEDIATE): - Determine specific staffing needs including overall experience, competency and education needs and requirements.
INTERVIEWING (INTERMEDIATE): - Gather information for purposes of recruitment, customer requirements, business needs and other subjects.
NETWORKING (INTERMEDIATE): - Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations and individuals.
