Job Description Perform administrative duties for the purpose of assisting the Director of Construction & Facilities, Building Superintendent, Director of Security and Safety and Assistant Building Superintendent in the performance of their work and the day to day operations of the Facilities Department. Maintain records/files for the purpose of documenting and/or providing reliable information for compliance. Schedules various meetings for the purpose of assisting in staff needs and efficient utilization of personnel, supplies and equipment. Responds to inquiries from Administrators, Faculty and Staff for the purpose of providing information, facilitating communication among departments and/or providing direction as may be required. The ideal candidate will be well organized, eager to take initiative, discreet and diplomatic, warm, kind and good humored, and will enjoy becoming a part of our School community.
