As the Engineering & Operations Manager, you will manage a talented team tasked with the construction, operation and maintenance of our electric distribution system and fiber optic broadband outside plant.  This senior leadership position reports to the CEO and is responsible for the operating and capital budgets, project management, process improvement and performance coaching within the department.

Job Description

As the head of engineering and operations, you will provide oversight and management for new construction, line extension and service upgrade projects for both our electric and fiber optic outside plant.  You will strategically plan and engineer for future growth and reliable performance of the system. Implementing best practices for inspection and maintenance of the system to ensure reliability and efficient operation will be your focus.  You are highly organized, skilled at managing multiple projects, allocating resources efficiently and love being part of a team that values collaboration and proactive communication.
