Colorful Impressions, LTD, a boutique Landscape Design-Build company primarily serving North Dallas (Preston Hollow, Park Cities) is seeking a Project Manager. Must be a self-starter capable of multi-tasking with an excellent understanding of high-end residential landscape construction and maintenance. Comprehensive landscape and gardening knowledge is required. Ability to manage schedules and have excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate should be able to access and manage materials, labor and equipment. We are a small company so the best candidate should be able to wear many hats and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage crew work orders
Effectively work, communicate and follow-up with designer to clarify construction drawings
Source and manage ordering of materials (i.e., plants, bulk soils and mulch,etc)
Coordinate project work with subcontractors and in-house crew
Perform site inventories, analyses and take field measurements as needed
Cost tracking and analysis through construction of project
Other duties as assigned
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Knowledge of general office software
Ability to work individually or as part of a team. Must be organized, self-motivated, have exceptional communication skills and be able to multi-task
Minimum experience 3-5 years
Bilingual a plus (not required)
Knowledge of LMN software a plus (can train on job if none)
MUST HAVE a valid Texas Driver's License
NOTES:
Additional Salary Information: Full Time (Mon-Thur, 10 hour days)
