Opportunity to join team at a highly successful, well-run janitorial company with high standards, strong values and established processes. The Work Order Coordinator is responsible to manage and coordinate the Work Order Division, one of six divisions with Team Sonoran.
Full Time – Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Requires willingness to respond outside of regular business on an occasionally basis.
The successful candidate requires the ability to start jobs quickly, maintain accuracy, follow an established process, and demonstrate strong closure skills.
Team Leadership skills required.
Requires minimum 3 three years in commercial real estate service industry.
Basic math and strong writing skills required.
Strong computer skills and proposal writing required.
Working as a dispatcher or similar position at a commercial real estate vendor is a plus.
Additional Salary Information: Health care benefits available. 40 hrs PST. 2 weeks PTO.
