What you’ll be doing... Join a diverse and inclusive team as an end to end Real Estate Project Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the entitlement process ensuring new and existing locations have the best wireless technology offered today. You will be responsible for lease review comprehension on a site by site basis. Ensuring that Fuze (internal data base) is updated with key data points for the real estate process in CTX (TX/OK/LA) team. Leasing, permitting, zoning, architectural and engineering work as a direct responsibility inclusive of all data points that drive these timelines and deliverables. Approving all aspects of power and fiber coordination to ensure just in time delivery. Cross functional teaming and coordination with construction stakeholders to ensure buy off on the constructability needs of projects. Building peer/stakeholder relationships and trust and ensuring that all stakeholders agree on concepts for entitlement related to implementation. Interpreting, applying and implementing organizations policies and procedures. Attending public meetings, industry meetings, or other meetings as needed in support of making CTX the best place to work in the industry.
What we’re looking for... You’re an expert project manager—organized, detail oriented, and efficient. You’ve got excellent negotiation skills, and can work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, even in stressful situations. You’re driven to resolve problems and overcome hurdles, and you approach every situation with a can-do, team-player attitude. You'll need to have: A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Experience with wireless leasing or zoning. Willingness to travel. A valid Driver's license.
Even better if you have: A degree. Real estate background. Ideally, in commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition, land use entitlements, or real-estate affiliated legal. Experience with law of contracts. Ability to read, understand, interpret and action real estate agreements to ensure compliance with jurisdictional entities etall that pertain to wireless use. Experience withSlack, Bluejeans, Google Suite, G-Mail, G-Sheets, Excel, Tableau, Fuze / Watson (IBM), Doc-u-sign, Adobe Sign, FEMA, TOPO Mapping Software, Tax Net, USA Market Comps (real estate).
