THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this is a unique opportunity for a talented Construction Project Manager to leverage your knowledge and experience to significantly impact the company’s continued growth by leading and growing the Concrete/Sitework Group in Northeast Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership for the group
• Project management and estimating
• Support pre-construction with civil estimating needs
• Manage account managers and trade superintendents
• Coordinate training and development of the Group
• Grow existing customer accounts
• Support other members of the Cleveland team
• Cross sell all services
• Project P & L responsibility  
• Build strong vendor relationships
• Bring innovative ideas to the group
• Ability to react quickly to requests of internal associates and client needs
