National Sales Manager

Due to the rapid growth at Quake LED we have an immediate need to hire a professional National Sales Manager with a proven track record of success.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter that can build a strong and successful team from the ground up, training them in successful sales strategies to increase our bottom line.

We are ultimately looking for a team player with a successful sales background and strong leadership quality that is ready to build a profitable sales team and seamlessly fit into our company culture.

Responsibilities:

• Build a valuable sales team from scratch, overseeing the recruiting and hiring processes
• Train team members and create sales materials to optimize close rate
• Build long term client relationships on key accounts
• Implement new strategies to achieve set sales targets
• Construct regional sales territories and boundaries

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Follow up with key customers on a regular basis
• Quickly become an expert in all of our product offerings
• Assist office staff with customer service and other tasks when needed
• Occasionally travel to assist outsides sales team and marketing efforts

?Qualifications:

• 2+ years of previous work experience in a sales manager role
• Experience managing high performing sales team
• Familiarity with different CRM platforms, QuickBooks, NetSuite and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and management skills

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close
• Self-governing, responsible, and honest
• Ability to travel as needed
• BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field

*Base salary will be determined by previous job experience and commission is uncapped*
