Position: Project Manager, Healthcare Construction
Minimum of 6 years progressively responsible experience in major construction and renovation projects from a full scope project management perspective including budgeting, design construction and occupancy experience.
Hospital experience in a major hospital facility of 250 patient beds or more required.
Multi-hospital experience desired.
Extensive knowledge of NFPA Codes as related to Health Care Facilities.
Knowledge and understanding of Pennsylvania’s Department of Health and JCAHO Regulations and Survey requirements.
Knowledge of current Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Outpatient Facilities.
Extensive knowledge of ICRA (Infection Control) and Interim Life Safety requirements and procedures."
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with a minimum of 6 years of continuous experience in an Acute Hospital facilities in a full project manager capacity.
Professional Engineer In Commonwealth of PA preferred.
