Position: Project Manager, Healthcare Construction Shift: Days Experience: - Minimum of 6 years progressively responsible experience in major construction and renovation projects from a full scope project management perspective including budgeting, design construction and occupancy experience.
- Hospital experience in a major hospital facility of 250 patient beds or more required.
- Multi-hospital experience desired.
- Extensive knowledge of NFPA Codes as related to Health Care Facilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of Pennsylvania’s Department of Health and JCAHO Regulations and Survey requirements.
- Knowledge of current Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Outpatient Facilities.
- Extensive knowledge of ICRA (Infection Control) and Interim Life Safety requirements and procedures."
Education: - Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with a minimum of 6 years of continuous experience in an Acute Hospital facilities in a full project manager capacity.
Licensure: - Professional Engineer In Commonwealth of PA preferred.
