Job DescriptionOur client, a $250M Heavy Civil Builder of Water Quality Infrastructure projects is seeking a Director of Personnel. At the core, our client is a group of extraordinary individuals. Director of Personnel Overview They are seeking a high performing and experienced human resources professional who is passionate about their people. Their goal is to attract, recruit, train, develop, and retain the best talent in the construction industry. This person must be a high performer, energetic, and willing to travel as required to support their operations in the company’s home office, regional offices, and jobsites in the Eastern United States. (Up to 20 days per year) Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
