This experienced professional will direct all aspects of the engineering, facilities, plant operations and construction functions and staff for a multi-site health system.  This key leadership role will serve as the facilities Safety Officer, lead the Environment of Care process, and will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, have hospital management experience, and have solid experience managing the engineering, facilities, and construction functions. Must have advanced knowledge of regulatory standards including solid experience with Joint Commission and the Illinois Department of Public Health. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, problem solving, communications, project management, and interpersonal skills.
