Our office is located within the historic Eliza Prange House, constructed in 1923 for one of the founders of the H.C. Prange Company, a mid-western department store chain. An extensive restoration project utilizing federal and state historic tax credits was undertaken in 2014 to convert the building into professional office suites. Restored to its original splendor and upgraded for maximum energy efficiency, the Prange House highlights our work and our commitment to preserving local history while striving for a sustainable future.

About the Senior Project Manager Position

Legacy Architecture, Inc. is seeking a fulltime Senior Project Manager to join our team. This position is an architectural Senior Project Manager who has a mix of experience in historic preservation, commercial and residential architecture, and interior design projects. The individual will work in partnership with the project teams and will be accountable for the studio success. In addition to overseeing project financial success and project team success, the SPM will be charged with client development and client management. S/he will coordinate with all project team members to ensure the work is completed within the project schedule, maintain and manage client expectations, and lead production of the documents throughout all phases, including the necessary design and jurisdictional reviews.
